Italy – Minors under investigation in Como for class chat on child pornography, jokes about the Holocaust and other horrors

Vanoni high school in Menaggio

Menaggio CO – A new case emerges from the province of Como which once again casts a dark light on the behavior of the younger generations in Italian schools . Several minors exchanged terrible materials in the class chat and are now under investigation by the prosecutor.

According to local sources such as La Provincia di Como, everything happened during the last school year in the Vanoni high school in Menaggio . About twenty students from a first grade, very young therefore, have created a class chat to exchange information on homework and lessons.

Soon, however, some of them “hijacked” the virtual space, starting to fill it with content that was decidedly unsuitable for age and context. Many of the attendees never got involved, but the matter went on throughout the year.

Among the most serious elements that emerged, the use of photos of teachers taken secretly and used for mockery and heavy defamation , including of a sexual nature, attributing their false conduct towards students.

In addition to the illegal behavior towards the teachers, the six students involved – five girls and a boy between 14 and 16 years old – also sent each other horrible content in the chat. Holocaust scenes used for laughs, hymns to fascism and Nazism , images of children undergoing sexual acts.

The teaching staff learned towards the end of the year of the drift that had taken that chat and, given the seriousness of the contents, immediately held an extraordinary class council by suspending the students involved. But that’s not all, because the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office has also decided to move against them.
